Teak
All of our fully assembled at the factory teak products are designed for a lifetime of trouble-free use and are covered by a limited ten year warranty covering normal residential use. Our teak furniture sold in flat pack (partially assembled) form by our factory or sold as kits, are warranted for five and one years respectively. These warranties apply to the original customer/installation with proof of purchase and covers any defects in materials or workmanship provided that the product is measured and installed according to the product instructions. In the unlikely event that warranty service is needed, call customer service and we will arrange for a repair or replacement as quickly as possible.

Each piece is crafted from the finest teak wood. Teak is the one of the strongest and most stable woods used for outdoor furniture and will outlast any other wood; however, unusual wear and tear may require a replacement part, which we will quickly send for a nominal fee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping charges), plus a nominal restocking fee. Personalized or engraved items and discontinued products are not returnable. All non-teak products and accessories carry a one year warranty.
